Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Infludeal, operated by [Your company name], [Registered address, Cyprus]. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
Infludeal lets creators publish audience information and lets businesses find creators who fit. We introduce the two sides; any collaboration is agreed directly between them and we are not a party to it.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Creators confirm that the follower and audience figures they publish are truthful and their own.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Credits and payment (businesses)
- Browsing creator audience data is free for registered businesses. A creator's name and contact details are revealed by spending 1 credit.
- Credits cost €4.99 each or 5 for €19.99. Prices are shown before payment and include any applicable VAT unless stated. Credits don't expire.
- Your first campaign is free; each further campaign costs 3 credits. For each campaign you can reveal 3 applicants' contact details free; further reveals cost 1 credit each.
- A reveal is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing you ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right ends once a credit is used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- If a revealed contact is demonstrably invalid, write to us within 14 days and we will return the credit.
Agency Plan (businesses)
- The Agency Plan costs €49.99 per month or €539.89 per year (10% less than 12 monthly payments). It renews automatically for the same period and can be cancelled any time; it then runs until the end of the paid period.
- It includes unlimited campaigns and 10 credits released at the start of each billing month, on yearly plans too. Released credits don't expire and stay yours if the plan ends.
- Each campaign posted on the Agency Plan includes 2 free applicant reveals, up to 20 free reveals in any 30-day period across all campaigns; further reveals use 1 credit each. When the plan ends, its open campaigns close.
- You may post campaigns on behalf of clients under their brand name, if you are authorised to act for them. The campaign shows both the client brand and your agency.
Campaigns
- A campaign closes automatically at its deadline or 30 days after posting, whichever is first.
Creators: free account, PRO and applications
- A creator account and profile are free.
- Applying to a campaign costs €1.99 per application, or is free with PRO. The fee pays for sending your application; it does not guarantee that the business will reply or hire you. Because the application is sent immediately at your request, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once it is sent.
- PRO costs €9.99 per month or €107.89 per year, renews automatically for the same period and can be cancelled any time from the PRO page; it then runs until the end of the paid period. If you start PRO and cancel within 14 days, you may withdraw and we will refund the unused part.
- PRO creators may appear in a “Featured” area above search results when they match a business's search. Featured placement is paid and is always labelled as such. Match scores themselves are never changed by payment.
Verification
- The “Verified” badge is free and means we checked that the creator controls the stated Instagram account and that the follower figure matched their account at the time of the check. It is not an endorsement and is never sold.
- We may remove the badge if information turns out to be inaccurate.
Acceptable use
- Businesses may use unlocked contact details only to propose a collaboration to that creator, not for unrelated marketing, resale, scraping or building lists.
- Campaigns must describe a real collaboration. Nobody may put contact details (emails, phone numbers, links, social handles) in profile text or campaign briefs to get around reveals; we block such text automatically and may suspend accounts that try.
- No false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content; no attempts to bypass the paywall or access other accounts.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
We do not verify every figure creators publish and do not guarantee the outcome of any collaboration. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time under Account. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
